GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Renov & Clean aims to offer for sale mainly cleaning products (hereinafter referred to as
"Products" or "items") exclusively to consumer and professional buyers.
Any purchase of items from Renov & Clean is subject to these General Terms of Sale ("GTS") that
the buyer declares to accept without reservation.
The buyer, prior to his order, declares to have the full legal capacity allowing him to commit
himself under these general conditions of sale.
ART.1 - OBJECT
The purpose of the present general conditions of sale is to define, exclusively by reason of the
relationship they establish, the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the sale of the
products offered.
The present conditions apply to the sale on the European territory, to the exclusion of any other
document, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or a service through the present implies an acceptance without
reserve by the buyer of the present conditions of sale.
The sale is concluded in French.
ART. 2 - PRODUCTS/PRICES
- Products: the products offered for sale by the seller are those that appear on the site, on the
day of consultation by the user, within the limits of available stocks. Each product is
accompanied by a description established by the supplier. The photographs in the catalog are as
accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly
with regard to colors. These products and services are offered within the limits of available
stocks. If, despite its efforts, all or part of the articles are unavailable, the seller informs the
buyer by email as soon as possible and offers him the possibility of choosing between waiting or
cancelling the order of the unavailable articles without charge. The available articles will be
delivered normally.
- Prices: the prices are indicated in Euros, and valid in all the countries of the Euro zone. They
take into account possible discounts as well as the VAT, applicable on the day of the order. The
prices applicable to the order are those in force at the time of the confirmation of this one.
- The buyer must check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery.

ART. 3 - REGISTRATION AND VALIDATION OF THE ORDER
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or a service must
- fill in the identification form on which he/she will indicate all the requested information;
- fill in the order form giving all the references of the chosen products or services;
- validate his order after having checked it;
- make the payment in the conditions provided;
- Confirm the order and payment.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, recognition
of having full knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other
conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The
confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the order recorded.
ART. 4 - DELIVERY
The products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer when
ordering. The goods are transported at the seller's risk until the goods are delivered to the
delivery address specified by the buyer. From that moment on, the buyer bears the sole risk.
Delivery costs are at the customer's expense and are not included in the price of the products.
They vary according to the delivery methods, the weight of the order and the destination.
The delivery costs are indicated at the time of the finalization of the order.

*In this period of confinement, the withdrawals in store are always assured but it is essential to
wait for the reception of an email of confirmation in which the time slots for the withdrawal of
your order will be specified to you.
The shipping costs mentioned are valid for all orders not exceeding 10kg. For all orders over

ART. 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a period of fourteen calendar days to return the product(s) he ordered at his
own expense, without penalties and without giving any reason, provided that the goods
supplied are sealed and have not been unsealed after delivery. In this case, they cannot be
returned for reasons of hygiene and health, guaranteeing their subsequent re-marketing.
This period runs from the day after the delivery of the order.
The buyer does not have a right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods made to the
specifications of the buyer or clearly personalized or which because of their nature can not be
reshipped or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
If the above mentioned conditions are fulfilled, the buyer will have to return at his expenses, the
article(s) in its (their) original packing at the latest in the seven days following the
communication of his decision to retract, at the following address Renov & Clean - Route de la
Gotale 9, 4960 Malmedy, Belgium.
ART. 6 - PAYMENT
To pay his order, the buyer has the methods of payment indicated during the placing of the
order.
The online payment allows the buyer to pay his order via the platform offered by Renov &
Clean, in a secure environment. The order validated by the buyer will be considered as final only
when the bank payment center has validated the transaction.
Renov & Clean reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order and/or any delivery in case of
refusal of authorization of payment by bank card opposed by the banking establishment of the
buyer or in case of existing commercial dispute with the buyer.
Any order implies a participation to the shipping costs mentioned in art. 2.
The ordered articles remain the exclusive property of Renov & Clean until the complete
payment of the order by the buyer.
ART. 7 - CLAUSES APPLICABLE TO THE PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the buyer are treated in accordance with the law of December 8, 1992
relating to the protection of the private life with regard to the treatment of the personal data.
All personal data provided by the buyer are considered confidential and are only kept and
processed in the context of the relationship between the buyer and our company. They will not
be sold or made available to third parties without the prior consent of the buyer. The data may
however be transmitted to a partner intervening in the framework of our legal obligations or in
the processing of the transaction with the buyer (for example: our accountant, our supplier, a
subcontractor...).
We undertake to take the best possible security measures to prevent unauthorized third parties
from having access to personal data that the buyer has provided to us.
The purchaser always has the possibility to know his personal data which are in our possession
and to ask for their modification or deletion to the extent of the respect of our legal obligations
concerning the conservation of data relating to commercial transactions. For any information on

ART.8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements of Renov & Clean are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of this
one.
Nobody is allowed to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any reason whatsoever, even
partially, elements of the site that they are software, visual or sound.
Any simple link or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the express prior written consent
of the seller.
ART.9 - MISCELLANEOUS
- Responsibility: The buyer is informed that the responsibility of Renov & Clean, whatever the
nature of the damage, will be, in any case, limited to the amount of the order. In case of non-
performance, the responsibility of Renov & Clean cannot be engaged if the non-performance of
the sale contract or its bad execution is attributable, either to the buyer, or to the unforeseeable
and insurmountable fact of a third party foreign to the sale, or to a case of force majeure.
Moreover, Renov & Clean cannot be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect,
resulting from the use of the sold thing. Renov & Clean is in no case responsible for the
interruptions of access to its site and the consequences which can result from it.
- Force Majeure: the salesman will not be responsible for the total or partial non-fulfillment of
his obligations under the present contract, if this non-fulfillment is caused by an event
constitutive of force majeure, in particular the presence of computer virus, in case of
disturbance or total or partial strike in particular of the postal services and means of transport

and/or communications, flood, fire, etc. Will be considered as force majeure, the events fulfilling
the criteria set by the jurisprudence.
- Partial invalidity: If one or more clauses of the present general conditions of sale are held to be
invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a
competent court, all other clauses will remain valid.
- Entirety of the contract: the present general conditions of sale and the summary of the order
transmitted to the purchaser form a contractual whole and constitute the whole of the
contractual relations occurred between the parts. In case of contradiction between these
documents, the general conditions of sale will prevail.
- Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale: Any modification of the General
Terms and Conditions of Sale is opposable to the buyer within 72 hours following their
publication online.
- Applicable law - Competent jurisdictions: the present general conditions of sale and the
contractual relations between the seller and the buyer are subject to Belgian law. In the event of
a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of the seller's registered office shall have
jurisdiction, except in the case of binding public order provisions.
Any order of a product offered on the site implies the consultation and express acceptance of
these general conditions of sale.
